About us!
Brooke and Chris Solomon started Rollin' Spirits Co. with intention to help you take your event to the next level with beverage service. We have been going to all the best parties since 2019 when we fully launched our mobile bar. Yes, owning a mobile bar is a ton of fun!
Hi! I'm Brooke. With my passion for events and over 18 years experience in the service industry, a mobile bartending service has been a LONG time goal!(Insert happy dance).
Chris, my supportive husband and lover of all things involving beer and bourbon, has been bartending events with me since 2016.
We are a family owned business by every definition. We have two extremely supportive children who are watching our success in the making. They are the real MVP's here. Chris and I built Rollin' Spirits Co. from the ground up. The trailer, website, social media... and we are so grateful for the entire experience.
With events ranging from private birthday parties, weddings, street fairs, sip n shops, rodeos, small and large fundraisers, celebration of life, baby showers, graduation parties... Each event has been unique and we have learned SO much in the past couple years, Meeting so many amazing people along this journey! Both being Oregon born and raised, we couldn't imaging owning a business anywhere other than Central Oregon. We do love to venture out but Central Oregon will always be our home.
